Fata Morgana is the train that arrives in Milan coming from the south of Italy. It is the train of the “southern” migrants. They arrive with packages, luggage, wives, children, in the hope of the economic boom. But there is no place for them and the city pushes them to the periphery. Few manage to find work, but new men keep coming every day.

It’s a warm, bright summer day, and Sarah and her boyfriend is busy preparing to host a summer party. But within just one day, her entire sense of reality is turned upside down.

In the visual novel "The House in Fata Morgana", you awaken in a decrepit old mansion.A woman with eyes of jade stands before You, informing You that You are the Master of the house, and she Your Maid. However, You have no memories, no concept of self—or, indeed, any certainty that You are even alive.The Maid invites You to join her on a journey through the mansion's lifeless halls, to behold the numerous tragedies that have befallen its residents in different time periods. She suggests that among them, perhaps You will find some trace of Yourself.
